This is a fun, no-pressure beginners pottery class.
Becoming skilled at pottery takes determination, patience and a LOT of practice.
This class will cover the basics and get you started with learning enough to come and practice in the studio on your own.

This is a fun, no-pressure beginners pottery class.
Becoming skilled at pottery takes determination, patience and a LOT of practice. Even seasoned potters have mess ups. This class will cover all the basics to get you started on this fun and (sometimes-haha) rewarding hobby.
WEEK ONE will be learning how to prep the clay and how to center on the wheel.
WEEK TWO will be continuing to work on your centering technique and practicing pulling walls and creating on the wheel.
WEEK THREE will be learning carving and design techniques and more creating on the wheel.
WEEK FOUR will be learning all about glazes and glazing your thrown work.
Price includes ALL materials. You will be notified as to when your finished fired pieces will be available for pickup.
Tuesday, August 26th & Tuesday, September 2nd / 6:15PM - 8:00PM
This is a fun, no-pressure beginner pottery class by hand building and not using the wheel.
WEEK ONE will be coming up with ideas and sculpting our candle holders.
WEEK TWO will be painting/glazing our candle holders.
Price includes ALL materials. You will be notified as to when your finished fired pieces will be available for pickup.
